We offer same day delivery on all orders received before 12 Noon GMT, Monday to Friday inclusive, Saturday 10am GMT. Orders received after these times will be executed as soon as possible but may be the following day. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate customers who dispatch orders to us for an AM or PM delivery, we cannot guarantee to always be able to fulfil your request. We will only guarantee a timed delivery on orders for funeral flowers when such orders are received 24 hours or more before the time of the service. A contact telephone number of the recipient must be supplied in order to guarantee delivery. Full contact details of the customer, including a telephone number (for the day of the delivery), must be supplied on placing the order. Should there be a problem with the order you will be contacted as soon as possible.

We offer a full international relay service however this can only be arranged by contacting the shop personally.

Due to the seasonal nature of our business we reserve the right to substitute any items illustrated on the site. Any preferences you may have regarding materials or colours to be included should be stated on placing your order and we will try to accommodate you wherever possible. We offer you a personal promise of satisfaction and should you be unhappy with any aspect of your purchase we will happily replace it if notified within 72 hours of delivery.

All prices are inclusive of any delivery or relay charge.

Payment must be received before the delivery can be executed.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your flowers, please let us know within 48 hrs and we will replace or refund your bouquet.
