I had planned a 60th surprise party for my partner, and 2 weeks before hand went in to Flowers by Elaine to order flowers for the tables. I was very impressed with your assistant Sandra, who was very informative and advised me on everything I needed to know about the flowers.

Days leading up to the party, we had very heavy snowfall and I was quite concerned about the flowers arriving on the day, but two days before the event, Sandra phoned me to assure me the flowers were in stock and all ready for the party and would be delivered to Wotton House on the day.
