The bike was amazing, exactly what we envisaged and drew plenty of admiring comments, Dad would have loved it! The casket flowers and the posy were beautiful. The colours, simply amazing and bought much joy to a sad occasion. We are so very grateful for the way you dealt with us, understood our requirements, and produced a simply beautiful array of flowers.

Hi there,
I just wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of myself, my brother and father for the wonderful flowers you provided for my mother Wendy’s funeral yesterday.
They were perfect selections of flower and colour and provided a beautiful back drop to the funeral in North Holmwood. We then transferred the flowers to the reception at Wotton House Hotel and they worked perfectly there. We have selected the best blooms for bringing back to the house as a lovely memory of our dear mother.

Firstly, can I say a huge thank you to you and your team for preparing mum’s wreath for her funeral yesterday, Thursday 4 January 2024.
I know you knew mum for many years as a customer, and we could tell straight away that they were prepared with “love”.
Funeral flowers always look like what they say, but this floral arrangement was different; celebratory and uplifting. It lit up the hearse on what was a very wet and dark afternoon. Mum was born in Scotland and we were so pleased you were able to source some “thistles”, but also incorporated her final wishes of white roses and gypsophila which were in her wedding bouquet. I know mum would have been thrilled with the arrangement.
So once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

We are just back from honeymoon and wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you for the exceptional flowers you did for our wedding. The ceremony room looked absolutely magical and the bouquets and centre pieces were just stunning. So many of our guests commented on how wonderful the flowers were and you really captured the colour scheme and modern vibe that we were going for. Also a particular thank you to Gemma - you were incredibly helpful and responsive from the first meeting we had with you and throughout the process. We were very grateful for all your help throughout.

Dear “Flowers by Elaine”
You supplied the flowers for my mother’s funeral (Jan 19th with Sherlocks as the Undertaker) Sorry I’ve been slow in contacting you, but I just wanted to say how lovely the flowers looked (large casket sheath in white and yellow from all the family). Several people commented on them. Just looking at them was an uplifting experience on a sad occasion.
And I would also like to say thank you for the monthly vase of flowers you sent to mum at Deepdene care centre for the last few years. For a lot of the time I was unable to visit but they brightened up her room. And I believe when she was sitting in the lounge she had them placed in there so she could carry on enjoying them!

Thank you for the beautiful flower arrangement that you or a staff member made for the husband's coffin on Tuesday. It was perfect, the right size for the coffin, the right style - not too formal and a delightful mix of flowers.
I went to the grave today and they, especially the roses, are standing up well to the frost.

Dear all,
Yesterday you delivered a hand tie to 20 Norbury Way in Bookham (ordered by Janet Meyer) containing a mix of red and white roses, spray carnations etc. The hand tie was for me – their daughter – and they gave it to me yesterday afternoon when I went over there to help prepare dinner. I just wanted to say a huge thank you. Your hand ties are always beautiful, but I think you excelled yourselves this time. It looks so glorious and the mix is inspired, even down to the robin redbreast hovering within the stems. I have transferred the flowers into a big vase and it is taking pride of place in my lounge.
I know it is probably a bit unconventional to email you, but this gift from mum and dad came as such a lovely surprise and I wanted to make sure to thank you too for the part you played in putting it together. It will be a joy going into the lounge over Christmas and new year and seeing such a thoughtful and beautiful display. Wishing you all a peaceful Christmas (I bet you need a rest!) and very best wishes for the new year.
