AMY & JON
6TH APRIL 2019
DENBIES WINE ESTATE
Amy and Jon held their spring wedding at the beautiful setting of Denbies Wine Estate and had a colour scheme of deep reds, blues and ivory with foliages. Amy carried a loose and unstructured hand tied style bouquet consisiting of red 'Naomi' roses, blue delphinium, 'Avalanche' roses, lizianthus, hypericum berries and eucalyptus 'Parvi' which gave a lovely soft flow to the bouquet.
There were no bridesmaids, but instead brides 'men' who each wore a buttonhole of an ivory rose with eucalayptus. To make Jon's buttonhole more distinct and to compliment Amy's bouquet, he wore a red rose with hypericum and eucalyptus. The couple also had a 'best woman' who wore a wrist corsage on a ribbon of a red rose.
The couple held their ceremony in the light and spacious Garden Room, which overlooks the courtyard, and we dressed the chairs nearest the aisle with pretty bunches of gypsophilia, tied on witha ribbon. We created a long and low style display for the ceremony table in matching flowers to the brides bouquet, and this was later moved to the top table.
The wedding breakfast took place in the grand conservatory, where the couple hired our pretty vintage style candelabra, placed on mirrors. We created a flower display in the centre of each of the candelabra, with the same flowers and colours as the bouquets and ceremony arrangement. The LED candles made sure that the couple got the benefit of them throughout the breakfast and in to the evening as the light began to fade.
