Jade & Scott Wotton House

9TH JUNE 2018

Jade and Scott had a summer time wedding at Wotton House with a vibrant colour scheme of bright blues and yellows with a focus on sunflowers. Jade carried a hand tied bouquet of striking sunflowers witha contrast of bright blue delphinium and gypsophilia,  in a relaxed and informal style which suited the varieties of flowers used.  Jade had two bridesmaids which held smaller versions of her bouquet, and they accessorised their hair with sprigs of gypsophilia.

Scott wore a small sunflower for a buttonhole, to compliment Jade's bouquet, and this had delphinium and gypsphilia with it.  The other men had just delphinium with gypsophilia.  The ladies had delicate corsages with ivory freesia and gypsophilia, in both white and blue.

The Old Library is a beautiful room for a wedding ceremony, but there are many different decorations that we can provide to enhance it.  Jade and Scott chose to have the pillars dressed with our cascading waterfall fairy lights and a scattering of silk rose petals in ivory and blue, along the aisle.

The couple went for something more quirky for their tables, and hired vintage crockery, including teapots and milk jugs. We filled these with sunflowers, delphinium and gypsophilia, and displayed in groups on mirrors.  The centrepiece was completed with glass votive holders with tealights, which the couple hired from us.
